REPATRIATION OF MORTAL REMAINS
Facilitating the transfer of remains from the incident site to the nearest funeral facility near the deceased’s burial place, limited to their permanent residence in South Africa or neighboring countries.
FUNERAL ASSIST
The Funeral Assistance product offers professional assistance to members who are faced with passing of a family member.
▪Vehicle Hire: Rental of a Group B vehicle for a maximum of 3 consecutive days with unlimited km’s per day.
Pre-paid Airtime: Upon request from the surviving family, a once-off, pre-paidairtime voucher to the value of R250 is provided to a nominated mobile number.
Pre-paid Electricity: Upon request from the surviving family, a once-off, pre-paidelectricity voucher to the value of R250 is provided for a nominated pre-paidelectricity account;
Funeral Food Hampers: Upon request from the surviving family, a food hamper can be ordered by the members and paid for via a secure mobile payment platform.
